Access to the loft through the roof hatch, steep ladder), dressing room, washroom (shower), sauna (wood-burning stove). Both buildings with underfloor heating, Air source heat pump ( heating and cooling).The site's electricity is ecologically produced from solar power.Children´s playground in shared use 300 m away. Log cottage and sauna building in peaceful location on shore of own artificial pool. Owner’s other cottage 100 m away, after which nearest neighbour is 300 m away. Yard area level and light. Water to pool comes from stream (cold water). Nearby are 2 lean-to’s and campfire places. From the lean-to’s water connection for boats to nearby lake, which has plenty of fish. Movable hot tub, for 6-8 persons, bookable from the owner. Availability must be inquired in advance (hot tub is rented between two cottages).Small game hunting opportunities (note: licences required).
